Change ventilation outlet in Mondeo

Hello everyone.

I need to change the ventilation exit of a 2005 Ford Mondeo TDI because it has broken me; It is one of the front (those that are above the clock and the radio), not the sides, and I do not know if you have to disassemble the entire front or it can be made easy. The workshop manual shows them but does not say how to get them out. I would be appreciated that someone helped me.

That Benismael, to get the outputs, have to kitar the part of the clock that comes out all with the emergency switches and goes to pressure very carefully, and then the outputs I think they are screwed and leave without problems.
