TABLE INSTRUMENTS R-21 TXE Digital (Do not go out)

Good to all / all.
I have an R-21 TXE, with digital instruments.

I have the following problem, do not turn off completely, when I disconnect the start / contact key , the "light" that illuminates the painting, but the reading of velociad, temperature, combustible level, continues to mark.

I blame it for some kind of electrical problem, some "relay" that is "hooked", or some derivation in the electrical circuit, or that the contact key does not open (disconnects) all electrical circuits.

The car has been humid inside, due to rains and snowfall.

If someone happened to someone, I would like to guide me, to solve this problem.
