Help with Ford Ranger 1998

Hello friends, I am new here and please I need help with my truck. I have the Ford Ranger XLT 2.5 of 1998 American and I need to create the bruises, but quoting I find that there is a confusion between the stores, some say that only the kneecap is going and others say that the piece is complete with a tray and patella. Is there an enrredo between the one manufactured in Argentina and the one manufactured in Us.All could it clarify me which is the one that carries the kneecap with a tray? The price difference is enough !!
