Cargo circuit problem in Citroen Xsara

From a while to this part the load system has been failing. Initially the battery began to boil, change it. Subsequently send to repair the alternator suspecting that it will load more than.
A constant problem was that in the lights there is a change of power and simultaneously variation in the acceleration of the vehicle.
At some point the battery was completely downloaded and the alternator did not deliver load, so he sent it again.
I installed it and tried again that the alternator does not load. Checking the operation of the load circuit I have realized that there is no tension in the stator. I have not scarled beyond since I do not know the system very well ... I would appreciate any help that guides me to solve this failure.

Hi Max, it is evident that the alternator does not charge either because of the regulator or by the portadiode plate, if you sent it to repair and did not leave it well you should claim who did the job, or try to do it yourself by dismantling it and checking it well, luck and greetings.
