Theft-deterren System.

Passlock is a passive theft-deterrent system. Passlock enables fuel if the ignition lock cylinder is Turned with a Valid Key. If a correct key is not used or the ignition lock cylinder is tampered with, fuel is disable.

During Normal Operation, The Security Light Will Go off approximately five seconds after the key is Turned to the run ignition position.

If the Engine Stalls and the Security Light Flashes, Wait about 10 minutes unni the light stop flashing Before Trying to Restart the Engine. Remember to Release The Key from The Start As Soon the Engine Starts.

If the Engine Does Not Start After Three (3) Tries, The Vehicle Needs Servise.

If the Engine is running and the security light comes on, you will be uble to substart the engine if you turn the Engine Off. However, You PassLocksystem is not working properly and must be Serviced by Your Dealer. Mr. Molina, good afternoon. Looking to find his video and it is exactly the problem I have with two RAV4 a 2003 model and a 2007. They did not want to start after the battery disconnected to load it. I would like to ask if there is any order to connect and disconnect the white plugs of the ECU or is randomly. Try to do it up to 9 times but it hasn't worked yet.
