ALFA 147 1.6TS OF 2003

I have the car in the workshop since yesterday because it did not start me and the yellow pilot who is like an engine with a key on ... Does anyone know what can be the problem? I would also like someone to tell me if you know how many spark plugs this version wears since they have told me (not in the workshop, but another mechanic) as it has been twice that normal cars are special, is it like that?
