HYUNDAI ACCENT 1.3 SOHC 12 valves published by Manual-Mecanica

The engine was played as if a piston failed.
I have opened the upper engine lid and I have detected that
two of the pieces that have a spring between them do not make
the same function as the others. I need advice on
what can happen and solve it if I could myself since I do not have paste for mechanics. Thank you

You mean the valves or the docks of the valve, if it is the first case it was that examining that part spoils but to give yourself more trouble you must give us a little more information anyway for either of the two problems you must get the distribution is a bit complicated when you have no experience in mechanics, if you do not have knowledge I recommend taking it to a workshop you save money in the long run.
