Windstar 2000 brake failure published by Manual-Mecanica
Greetings Members My problem is the following the Lelgo truck to my workshop with the very low brakes, after checking Booster and checking that there is no failure in the procedure to purge the brakes, and I did not upload anything to the pedal, I killed the client to replace the brake fluid since it was quite degraded (green).

He brought me again the truck and according to the manual review the conditions of the master cylinder, replace it already CEBE, and purge the system again, and nothing the pedal remains the same.
Does anyone else know what can I do to have a pressured brakes? I need to do something else? I need to keep purging the system until you have a pressure?

I hope someone can help me because I have no experience in these trucks and this had never happened to me, an acquaintance told me that it happened to him the same and that I purged enough until the desired result will be true?

I await your answers thanks

You have to first purge by elevation that is done as follows that the unit this paja 2- opens all the purgiers 3- you have to always keep the deposit full so that you do not empty. When you notice that the output of the liquid is a couple closes the purgiers and you have to purge the longest line (tracera) with the shortest (front) then the tracera and finally the front I hope it works for you like this I do my purge when I change the liquid see you later

The correct order of purity is from the most serum to the farthest wheel, and remember that to bleed you you will have to recover the pedal to bleed for the last time with the walking engine. I think it's air in the Hojo system if you have ABS.

Gentlemen I thank you for your subjects but we already reviewed it well and the problem is in the ABS module that I stop working, the solution is to replace it and work the system correctly.

Thank you very much anyway
