4 -cylinder perkins motor problem

A 4 -cylinder Turbo Perkins engine was repaired, but at the time of calibrating valves I did it at 25 exhaust and 23 admission ... would I know why smoke comes out of the delage but is burning oil?

The smoke due to the venture is caused by speech guides, worn, broken, glued or poorly placed rings, grated cylinder or rings with poor settlement due to the oval of the cylinder, there are other factors but I do not want to be pessimistic. I believe that the valves have nothing to do, you checked that the turbo does not burn oil, you checked its status. the axial game of the same and longitudinal.
