Xenon lights posted by Manual-Mecanica
I have a problem with the lights of a Volkswagen Passat (bought in 2001), this being the 96 model, as I say it has yellowish lights and with little intensity and they are a suffering to travel at night, so I have the intention of the installation of some lights of Xenon (K6000), according to the network its installation is not very complex, but later I will not have problems with it. Benemerita.
Thank you for answering this doubt and greetings.:(

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Xenon Lights
I am new to Aki and I do not know if I had a serbira d helps my opinion
if your lights have little intensity and illuminate rather yellow, in my opinion what you should change are the spotlights themselves, since surely they are kemaos of the previous owner, which opened them a lot of use. In my opinion the Xenon will not do anything, buy some in a scrapace but that they look white not dark as I think they are yours

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Xenon Lights
True, that also has long been the parables of the headlights often we overlook them and are the guilty of poor lighting.

It usually happens that people play the glass blisters of halogen bulbs with the decks !! And then they do not clean them, this produces that the sweat urea (and the shit you have in the hands) react with the heat of the lamp and emit white vapors that stick to the glass of the bulb, and of the parabola of the lighthouse without being able to clean as it is (there are times that putting a rag inside the headlights remove enough).

Then the successive use with shit makes the rest and converts the white vapors into a smoked black that remains efficacy to a lighthouse already little effective.

The scratch option is not bad, but better the Hella or Valeo headlights in a maja spare parts like Vemare that has stores throughout Spain and very competitive prices (the workshops buy them the replacement)

a greeting.
