Good afternoon everyone buys a U480 scanner to use it in the Ford Focus 2001 that I have but when connecting it everything of the protocols comes out and when you reach the DTC in the main menu and I started to navigate I get the following fault: 01

01/01
Read the system very well in the vin number and the observation is that I have the light of the check Engine Of the temperature and I do not know if for this reason you cannot read the codes. Thank you and I appreciate the help you can give me.

It seems that the problem is that it does not recognize the auto protocol, because with the check it on with greater reason to close the reading, they are in the transition of years and that is why they do not read,
