I think that question is key and of course I am going to answer it, it turns out that as I discuss it before, the bell produces it once the engine reaches the temperature 1/2 of the indicator, which according to the electric is normal, and if I do not accelerate sudden Avenue where I do not have the preference then there if belling, to be more exact when I go from zero to 30 or 40 kms.
