I apologize I have a Model 82 Volskwagen, the problem it has is that the coil heats a lot, we have already taken it with the electric and tells us that there is no fault we have also taken it with the mechanic because when the coil is heated no longer advances, but it does not find anything either, I hope they can support me :(

Check how much it is loading the dynamo or if yours has an alternator, then the platinos burns or not, make it tested with another coil it may be that it is already a little defective, remember that the resulting one of any work is the heat, it is normal that it warms up a little check the cable of the coil that goes to the ofco
