Having if someone can help me ..

I have a Chevrolet Luv truck year 1990, I send it to the mechanic for an oil filtration in a hose that leaves the benzine pump, it changed for a new one but after a month it keeps throwing oil. My question is:

Why boot oil through the benzine pump hose?
How is it solved?

If you could put what engine type you have at the Chevrolet Luv and its motor or carrier code you can publish a photo where it is to boot oil to help
