Automatic gear lever is locked.

Friends has presented me with a problem with the gear lever (automatic).
I explain, I have an automatic Hyundai Tucson 4puerts, year 2012. It turns out that the lever that is on the floor of the car sticks as if it were keyless or without the brake pedal. To a lot of struggle it was possible to move but it seems to be obstructed by something under the coverage.
My application is to know if someone tells me how to remove the coverage to check and fix what this bad.
In advance, two computer elements were tested that are the brake bulb and the lever release and the diagnosis is good.
