Toyota Tercel 2E Dead Cylinder

Based the butt, the damaged valves were changed, the valves stamps were changed and re -assembled again, but now the same cylinder that is found does not work, we verify the spark plugs, the cables and it works and there is current in the spark plug but the cylinder is dead.
