Galant 2009 Central Closing Configuration

Good morning,

I tell you that I have a problem with the central closure of my car which is a 2009 galant and what happened is that I cannot remove or put a key activating it from the key control. When the key was removed, the car was illuminated, even the interior lights do not work, whether it takes a key or puts key. The closure works for me from the command that is at the driver's door and with the key on the steering wheel.
You can help me to configure again with the key or if I have to do another procedure.
