Hi Loumog, the loss of pressure "can" be in this case that the thickness of bench caps is not correct and escapes out there, then not enough pressure from the cylinder head; You should say where you take the pressure. Another possibility is that the discharge valve of the pump itself is open by some residue or is lazy the union between pump and block itself or its own joint (due to an oversight is not tight).
