Manual-Mecanica response on the Kia Carnival 2004
Try first that it is not a battery, with some tweezers and another car in progress leave it about ten minutes before trying to start and then you give it to see if there is luck. If it remains the same, take a cable from the positive direct battery to the starter engine, if it still turns, you are already dismantling this to see if you can change the brushes or if you have to go to scrapping for one (it is the most economical, but to try it). LUCK ISLU.

This is, you have two tests to rule out running with another car, and if you do not start testing, it is always automatic, if you start pushing it is an arranue engine, you have describes the EU you describe must be Arranue Porue if it is immobilizer does not aria any noise
