Hot air for the 2001 party heating published by Manual-Mecanica

I have the problem that hot air comes out due to the board heating vents in a 2001 Ford Fiesta without air conditioning, heating being off, and the first 2 veins of the heating fan does not work. If anyone could guide me? Thank you so much.
