Hi Sorto:) , the hard lever to move it ... most likely: piolas or drive cables in poor condition. Disconnect them and move them by hand, they must advance freely, without blocking. The other thing that I have seen is the accidental introduction of excess objects, by the lever system. If the above is OK you must check the exchange axis (where the AT range sensor goes), you must also turn freely. If you disconnect the piolas, they are 2, you must leave both free, acting on the regulations. A cordial greeting.
