Megane II published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello, I have made the review of my Megane II and I only have to restart the accountant for the next review, could someone tell me how to do?
Thanks in advance.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Megane II
If I understand you well, what you want is to reset the oil change counter, which arrives a few kilometers warns you on the panel.
This is to be done with a diagnostic computer, depending on the type of oil that is made, it works as follows;
When the car computer (CPU), it detects that a number of kilometers have been driven, or in other models it detects the loss of viscosity in the oil, a light is turned on in the panel, then the tax is changed and can be or put to zero or program another oil introval.
If the oil is made for 10,000km it is short -lived and you have to tell the computer to communicate in time to change it, because if for example you have a scheduled oil change at 30,000km and made an oil for 10,000km this oil at 10,000km does not titne the sufficient biscuity to protect the engine and when the light comes out 30.000km you will have loaded you, if you have to see the light.
On the other hand if you made a good and expensive oil for 30,000km and change to 10,000km, you are losing money.
If you go to a workshop for 50 euros, they reset it to you but if they do not ask you what oil you have thrown half vulture!
Perfiere, Renaul has taken Nuvas standards that say they guarantee the proper functioning of all their cars and that must be respected if the guarantee is not lost.
The standards are called RN 0700-0710 and RN 0720.
There is currently only one oil that has this homologation of Renault and is Motul's.
I recommend that you call offices, have technical assistance and can advise you.
