Check the OPETUDA VALVE OF HEALEFACTION SEE if it is electric or mechanical if it is mechanical, try to close it manually and if it is electric or change it and tests or amen, it can also be the internal window of the heating that has been locked check before changing anything

Mercedes vehicles lead to the entrance of heating a solenoid valve that opens and closes the passage of water to the heating radiator.
You must control this solenoid valve.

It has two cables; One is a positive 12v. The other is a square signal of mass that sends the climate unit.

The operation of the valve is as follows; Without unit sign, it is open and there is water passage to the radiator, therefore hot air will come out of the spracks.

With unit signal, the valve closes preventing the passage of water.

Check the operation.
