What air have you stopped? What fan doesn't work? What engine is it? model, year, ..? A little more information to write is free and with the village vehicles are not fixed.

Well, the first thing to do is check if the circuit has gas. For that you have to connect the air conditioning recuperator and check the high and low pressures, with the vehicle to idle and engine stopped, they have to be equal to 6 bars more or less.
If the gas load is correct and the pressures too, the electrical parts will have to be verified. You have to connect the air conditioning and check that it comes positive to the compressor clutch. If it does not arrive, we will bridge the trinary valve. Once bridged, the motor fan must be lit and the compressor is activated. If this happens, it is necessary to replace the trinary, but ... the installation that is not cut must be reviewed.
This is \ "roughly \" the steps to follow to check the air.
All the best.
