Electric Audi A3 2004

Hello good morning!!
I have an Audi A3 at the end of 2003 but the 2004 model and a month ago or so, I stopped working the electric windows of the pilot side, the thing is that at first when the glass was opened or closed the glass climbed and went down, but now it has stopped working.
I don't know if someone can help me or tell me where the problem can reside, since the button works and makes the usual noise.
