Help admission tree rover mg zr vvc 160cv

I have disassembled the cylinder head that I planned from this car and left the disassembled variators "fun to learn it", I have seen this interesting video but in time 4:38 to 5:30 I do not see well the shape of mounting of the variator and I am afraid to pee.



You could help me ride the admission trees.

Another thing is the embolo that gives movement to the axis of the variators 17:35 to 18:50, I don't understand What a way should the variators be inserted the embolo, open in their starting starts or drafts by their internal holes?
You could help me and get me out of doubt.
