Nissan B14 cooling system leakage

Good afternoon, I would like to receive some help from your part, I have a Nissan Sentra B14 GA16 Motor of 16 injection. Yesterday I stop a problem, since the car is suddenly presylted and very fast, which forced me to stop in the middle of the way and verify, when I opened the hood I realized that there was a leak in a small pipe that is near the fuel injection system.





My consultation is that I have been looking for that part, but I don't know what is called and I can't locate it in any replacement provider, I would appreciate your help to solve my problem.
