Hyundai Excel 98 ignition

I have a Hyundai Excel 98, 1.5 motor with carburetor .. When you turn on it starts screaming but does not turn on. Test the coil and spark plugs and send a yellow spark. Before this fault, I had already changed the light coil a month ago and then began to run for a split cable and I think Ender.nergia escaped for it. Now he doesn't want to turn on.
