BMW m3 02 admiration gear light with admiration sign

Hello, I have a problem with a BMW M3 2002 the vehicle ignited a light showing a gear with a sign of admiration, the transmission is Smgll, the vehicle skips the marches and does not advance as if we disconnected it from 1st march to neutral.
