Lambda probe problems - Chevrolet Aveo 2011

Hello, I have problems with the catalyst sensor, the scanner returns to me the faults P0037 (HO2S12 Heater Control Circuit Low Voltage) and P1138 (Ho2s Bank 1 Sensor 2 Rich or High Voltage). At some point they replaced the probe and always kept the check on, in the scan the sensor outlet voltage 2 walks in the 470mv and when connecting a tester in the probe connector measures in the first white 05V, in the second 12v, in the gray -12V and in the black -12V, it can be that the black wire is changed with the first white?
