Dry hydraulic taque?, Hyundai Santa Fe noise

Friends of the Forum, together with affectionately greeting your help to identify origin and possible solution of strange noise that comes out of the top of the engine of my Hyundai D4HB, it should be noted that it has been leaving a complete adjustment due to breakage and subsequent change of crankshaft, in addition to rings changes, packaging, injection, connecting rod metals and bench and tunnel rectification.
