Improve braking distance in Fiat Barchetta

The fact is that I have been restoring my car, a Fíat Barchetta from 1995.
I have very little left to leave it impeccable.
I tell you; My car's braking system is somewhat improved, but still does not convince me. I put new pills and records and I still have to do the relevant filming for the pills to settle well.
It is a car without ABS, I don't want it either.
Even so, the braking distance leaves enough to be desired, and it is what I want to improve, but I don't know how. I guess the problem is in the braking pump that does not have the benefits that today's cars have. I intuit that a more powerful braking bomb could come in handy. Now, I don't know what bomb would be the most correct and compatible with my model, or if independently of all this, the braking can be improved in another way. Let's see if you can help me,
