Problems with my V16 Red Cover published by Manual-Mecanica

I was stolen my V16 Red Cover year 96 mechanic, I bought distributor, flow, electrventilator, computer.
And now it starts but does not funeate well.
The fourth piston does not explosion and the engine has no strength.

Check injector pulse of Cil N 4 Check if the distributor's spark arrives and checks the cylinder compression
