Sound in the engine by Mazda divers protect 96

Friends I need your help, recently bought my Mazda cart protects Model 96, but I listen to a noise according to the mechanic are the divers that were not well placed.
I already changed oil to the Mechanic 20w 50 of Castrol but the noise persists.

They could tell me how serious this problem can be and what consequences my vehicle can have. Can I use it like that? And how expensive the repair comes out.
