Have you thought about any bearing? If the belt is tensioned in excess, it can deteriorate some.

Hello.
If the original alternator carries clutch on the pulley, and the one you have put does not carry it, in principle you do not look for anymore, set up the pulley that pertocates and tests, almost certainly the noise ends.
