Failure Jeep Cherokee Overland 2012 Published by Manual-Mecanica
Good evening,

the following theme is due to a failure that I have in a Jeep Cherokee Overland 2012 Gasoline/Gas.

The fault that throws is that when the switch passes to step 2 lights the board, but when turning to the run (light the engine) does not start. Only one minimum click is heard, at the bottom to the central console.

I have already checked the fusera from top to bottom exchanged relaxes and fuses to see if there were any burned, and also verify that the start will work manually with a bridge. I have also verified that the positive start -up cable is not broken or making some false contact.

I have read some forums where they say that the baquelite that is located behind the switchera when it breaks avoids ignition, but explain that the break prevents the key from rotating ...

now is where its opinions and suggestions enter.

Thank you very much in advance and I wait for your answers ...

Hello, discard everything by sending the 12v to the starter engine with the open contact there you are starting or immobilisator greetings
