TPS Bravo sensor problem.

Hi Foros, it happens that my Fiat Bravo 1.6 16V 2000 mechanic, benzina, every time it is ranging as braking and the speed increases apoco, connect my scanner and throw the failure P0120 TPS sensor, short circuit to B+. Senal this OK and the 3 cable that is land gives the right thing. I would like to know what are the steps to follow when it is a short circuit? What should I check ,,, how to know if it is failure of ECU ,,,, (the car starts without problems, the TPS sensor and MAP sensor change without result)

Hello, how do you have to control that the return signal cable to the ECU is not cut if it is not so and you already changed the sensor the fault is the ECU and that if it is repaired greetings
