Good morning, I have a problem with a Ford Focus (type/ffda, displacement 4/1753, year 03/04) that is giving me some problems that I can't get a tip. The problem has it at the start and it is not the attempt to start.
I have checked the starter engine directly and works well, I have tried another new battery and continues to fail, in addition to the battery that carries the car is new but I have been able to verify that it has gone down (I do not know if it will be because of any consumption that exists or simply has broken). I have also proven the fuses and are correct.
I have proven that when the contact operates to start, current does not reach the starter engine, in addition, I have tried to start the car by putting the contact and making the bridge to the starter engine and although the starter engine moves the engine, it does not start.
Seen all that, I opt because what fails are the key contacts. Do you know if there is any boot or similar module that may be failing?
Good morning, Tecno TBG, with a continuity tester, check that battery, swich, starter engine, part, if the vehicle is automatic box, there are some versions with a device in the brake, does not allow to turn on if it is not treading, is a trumpit that sometimes deteriorates and does not allow on, or does it irregularly, tell me?
