Hi Vini. If the BMW you mention is 2001, it may carry a corturient in the main battery positive cable, which is in the right side of the trunk. If it takes it, that I am not sure at all, the entire cable is originally replaced, but you can make a good union, well isolated and it works the same. All the best.
