Hello friends, I tell you that I made a semi adjustment to an engine of a samurai suslter: change rings, pistons, rectified clutch rod metals.
The curious thing about what happened to me is that once the engine is armed, its marks aligned, its distributor, having a spark and benzina the engine has not managed to leave. I write to know if someone has the experience with this vehicle so that I can help me.
To be honest I have my suspicions with the pistons that the Susuki representative sold us, since we sold pistons with its flat crown, being the engine removed with a slight combustion camera and some spaces for the valves.
If someone could help me, I appreciate them in advance.

I would not be inclined to think about the shape of the pistons as the cause of the non -start of the Samurai engine.

The first thing is to make sure that it is in marks and above all that the ignition distributor has the rotor pointing to 1, since there are times that we put (I do say, I also put the cago) the 180º turned distributor without realizing it and the spark jumps to the cylinder 4 when it should be the 1.

not to forget that the ignition cables sometimes also have the fault of these headaches (although it is normal that it is normal. Do Rare Things)

Another thing, do you mention that you have changed pistons, segments and connecting rods, have you measured the slack in cylinders? You have mounted standard measurement on cylinders that already had wear or on the contrary you have rectified and mounted overmed game? I say it, because since you have spent the money, the logical thing would be that you would have put the game overmed.

Well, do you let us know something ok?
All the best.
