COLATA PROBLEM IN FORD Fiesta published by Manual-Mecanica
Good afternoon. I am new in the forum and I would like to make a consultation. Any I go: I have a 1.6 16v party of 94 with the croad discarded. And I find no other in any scrapping, I have one but the valves are larger and the circumference of the Board in my butt has a square shape and in which I found round. The ramp of the injectors is the same big, my collectors are worth.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Curate Problem in Ford Fiesta
It is very easy for you to give you very fat problems.

The Board of Cyatics is specially designed to settle and be pressed by the two pieces (block and cylinder head) that must coincide exactly. If this does not happen, the Board signs, and you lose compression quickly. Not to mention the oil steps and the water of the cooling, which if they are not exactly the same way to mix liquids and go to make some puffed custard in the crankcase (water and oil emulsion ... it looks like that feeds just to see it mmm ... that rich!

Another problem you have are the escape and admission collectors, the internal diameter and the shape of them has to match both in the plane. Collector as in the cylinder head plain, if you do not make gases that very difficult the admission and escape of the

engine

. Valve, probation of the cylinder head surface against the block ... This assuming you want to do things very clearly, it has similar costs to take an exchange butt that already has all these works done and guaranteed
