Automatic Cash Witness Scenic 2.0 LTS published by Manual-Mecanica
Friends, I would like to know if there is a good way to diagnose the box of a 2003 2.0 LTS Scenic (2006 in Venezuela). It has 25,000 km and the witness of the automatic box was lit. It does not show oil boat. It doesn't have much use. The problem is that the consciousness do not want to put it in a month because they are covered. Any loose connector? Any simple topic to verify? oil level?
Greetings

Friend, first point, look if the cash oil level is OK, if the cash liquid is not complete and verify the light again, if it goes out you already know what it is, if not the problem is in the censor, if the problem is the censor do not let anyone but the Service touch it, you could lose the guarantee if it still has it.
Also fix if they complete the cash liquid that is the same inside, since it could cut and you would have to change the entire liquid.

Greetings and tell us how it was ...!

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Automatic Cash Witness Scenic 2.0 Lts
Hello, how are you, your box is electronic and carries several sensors such as turbine speed entrance, exit, the solenoids that make the changes, oil temperature, lever position, accelerator position, sport or normal switch, etc. ,,,
to be able to diagnose the fault it is essential The box is left without pressure which is very rare in these transmissions, and if it is lack of oil you would see spots on the floor where you stop truck. Normally these transmissions fail the solenoids of the changes. A Scanner option is the Launch looking for a private workshop that has it or sees a specialist in automatic transmissions to do the diagnosis.
I hope this is your help
