NOTICE FAULT ON IN PEUGEOT EXPERT HDI 110 Published by Manual-Mecanica
I have been on the orange witness to a warning of the engine/food, although the engine works perfectly.
The engine is an HDI of 110CV and has 80000 kms.
The option is to take it to the official workshop for a check but it will not be possible until Christmas and I need the vehicle daily.
I would appreciate any advice.

At the moment to see if the failure has been caused by a fugitive failure or if on the contrary you have a constant failure in the injection system you are going to do a simple thing:

it disconnects one of the terminals of the battery (the positive is very easy to remove) and leave it disconnected all night, this will cause the reset of the switchboard and the erase of the fault code. In the morning, you plug her again, you start and you're going to work with the car.

If, when connecting the battery again and starting the fault light, it means that the failure has not been repeated again. If on the contrary the light remains fixed when starting or turns on the way to work, it means that the failure persists.

Eye, disconnecting the battery will make the clock time leave and have to put the key in the radio gasette to turn it on, and it will also have to memorize the radio stations again.

If the ruling persists, you will have to go to the workshop to put the diagnostic machine so that the expert \ "sing \" the failure. Anyway, one thing I tell you, it should not be a serious failure when the car allows you to continue circulating without doing strange things or throwing clouds of smoke or that costs it to start or anything similar. The only thing that you will notice now that the engine lacks strength because the switchboard while in a breakdown program will not let it develop all its power for mechanical safety.

All the best.

Manual-Mecanica response on the subject Falm Lomes on Peugeot Expert ...
Thanks for your answer. I think you're right and makes sense. If I noticed something then I would not move it but for now I am confident with it since it responds well.
Since yesterday afternoon he has not come back to turn on the witness. As soon as I do, I try the solution you propose and if it persisted on the notice I would take it to the house.
I can think of a question; Although the witness goes out, the alert in the switchboard would be scored and when they consult it, would it give the origin of the fault?

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Notice Falling on in Peugeot Expert ...
I am not sure but these cars do not have a notice of distribution belt holder like the Toyota?, just in case you check if you see any loose connector inside the engine, or check the levels.-

Look, the best way to prescribe the Peugeot engines is after disconnecting the Vateria, when the recon, opens the contact (without starting) for 20 seconds, then closes the contact about 15 seconds, then you open it another 20 seconds and give it start, the 206 is like that, you do not not know yours. But if the failure in the code or in the light does not try an irregular walk would not be worried.
