Ford Ranger deceleration problem published by Manual-Mecanica
Friends of the forum I have a Ford Ranger Year 97, it has the following problem, when accelerating it it does so correctly, but when you release the accelerator does not decide the speed quickly, it stays accelerating a few seconds and then low but very slowly, if I disconnect the regulator of the release is removed that problem but walks to pull, take out the Relay regulator and clean it when connecting it and giving it. This regulator is only used by Ford, it is a piston if they know it, they are not like the common ones, well this Pieston does not move or arrive or below, the question is this is really the problem, or they know this type of failure because of something else?, it is expensive and I do not want to buy it until it is sure, there this regulator of Relay

Try to clean the engine acceleration body where the chapaleta is, now there was a similar pronlema with the Ford K that was a problem of the count Km cable that goes from the sensor to the board, check to see if it can be any air aspiration that you have in some hose

I tell you that I already solved the problem was a combination of things, the IAC if it is damaged and to keep the car in motion, they trucked the pedal and the piola, it cost me but I solved it, so it paa all the Ford Ranger 2.3 1996 with the damaged IAC slowdown very slowly, as data is not more of
