Opel Opel Opel 2.5TD of 95 published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello everyone, I see that you have a lot of experience in the subject and I wanted to present my case.
I have an omega 2.5TD of 95 has not given me problems so far. The motor failure light is turned on when lifting a accelerator's foot, for example I give an accelerated and loose and it is already turned on, when you release accelerator to change your gear too, sometimes I stop, even on the road when I am going to change when I lift my foot. If I drop it on the road. It remains as force. When I start all the mornings everything well but when the ground is lowering, when the engine is taking temperature, it starts to head and removes a while when the car takes temperature 90º. Regarding the pump body? Do you think I have air intake problems and a primary gas pump failure? The side corner screw of the regulator I think it can be removed with a key in inches fitsing it, you can say that dimensions ..... Thank you very much
more data is the same pump that mounts the BMW 525tds from 02/95.
It is the Bosch VE6/10E2400R515 (0460406994)

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Opel Opel Opel 2.5TD of 95
I see that you control the matter !!

If it is an internal pressure failure in the pump, the gasoil pressurized by the transfer pump abroad, staining everything, fucking the motor taco on that side, and incidentally leaving the flow regulators and injection progress out of mother.

The theme, do not mess to disassemble the pump without taking it out of the engine that is a garden of the ostia.

Take out the injection pump and with the pump you take it to a workshop specialized in injection pumps, that you change together and seals, that adjust you injection flow and block it to insert it again into its accommodation without pointing out. And if you want to leave the fine car fine, you take out the injectors and check your nozzles, breakage pressure, drip etc.

But do not remove the pump regulator because that is like a Swiss watch (not a Chinese casio) and there are pieces, such as the head for example that if the air gives them they oxidize and grip.

Apart, imagine that it makes a dock \ "Pinnn \" and is lost ... (Murphy law) you cut your veins!

All the best.

It looks a lot that they are air intakes due to deterioration of the joints. The fact is that mine does not drip anything, but I am still going to take it out and look at it, because I am in a little time with the doubt of whether they will only be the joints or in the end I will have to change the whole pump.
Regarding the lid screw, it is removed with a glass of 7, claw and then if you want or put it again or change it to another Torx 20 and change it. Very important that you make at least a couple of brands in different places both of the lid, as well as the position of the pump in the engine (the advance is regulated). I hope the problem is mild ;)
