problems at Passat TDI published by Manual-Mecanica
Good night:
it seems that the previous consultation has not uploaded well.
I repeat it again:
I have a 1995 Passat TDI 90CV that has the following failure:
when I go up a slope, whether small or large, when the car passes the car \ "stays \", as if I had a cut in the injection.
This does not happen to me in plain or going down, despite the fact that some times, to try, I have hurried up and the fecto of \ "stay \" does not occur. Otherwise the car goes like a clock.
I have taken it to the workshop and they have told me that the computer does not give any failure, but the problem continues to exist.
I have thought about changing the diesel filter and the flow, but I don't know if that will solve the problem.
Can you take a hand?
Thank you.

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Problems in Passat TDI
I think it is very possible that you have an air intake in the low pressure circuit of diesel. The best to verify it is to cancel the diesel filter to eliminate air intakes and secure all the points where you have clamps. Do not obsessions with the motor revolutions, the problem does not arise by certain revolutions, but by a high engine load that you get in the climbs
