Chevrolet Aveo 2009 regulates 2000 rpm posted by Manual-Mecanica

I have a 2009 Chevrolet Aveo with 3000 km.
1. It accelerates at 2000 rpm when I start.
2. The starting fails.
I hope someone has an answer for this problem.

It is normal that when starting up of revolutions and when I take working temperature it is normalized, the boot failure can be because you give it immediately and do not wait for the pump to load.

Look I also have one and the truth is that they told me in the agency that some came out by factory default and have to replace an harness, sometimes it is revolutionized just being the car. You have to see it in the agency that problem.
