Checking in the fuel filter you should find a sensor that accuses if the fuel has water and also an electric heater of fuel.

Hello, the transit does not carry an engine and fuel heater. Your problem is the type (lapis) injectors there is the starting problem,
change the 4 injections and solve your problem

PD do not try to repair said types type (lapis) because they do not last anything
