The most surely the pump, a fuse check and in case of being ok measure voltage in the pump connector that is under the rear seat.

I think the only electrical noise it does is when the pump loads, take out the rear seat I think this Ally and check that works, if it does not check the fuses and the pump relay.

How much is the pump voltage? The bomas of the neons have the same voltage?
