Failure when fuel loading in Ford Focus 2000 Aut

Hello my name is Jovanny and I have a Ford Focus 2000 Motor 2.0 SPI, because the fault is that in the gas station when I take fuel when I turn on the car this goes out .... I turn it back again and go out ..... The third attempt ignites it a little and it is working well !!!! ...................... This only happens to me when fuel, the car does not fail me. Also when I go at high speed I feel that the car pulls but only at high speed.
Take it to the mechanic to change the fuel filter and wash the gasoline tank ............. the car after that leads it to fill with fuel and the same thing happened to me although at high speed it is no longer pulling !!!!!
